How to report spam

Reporting someone lets Air know they may be sending spam. Air can’t see your chats, so it doesn’t see their messages.

1. Open the person’s profile. In a 1:1 chat, select their name at the top. In a group chat, select their name or profile picture next to one of their messages.
2. Select Report spam, then select Report spam again to confirm.

Reporting doesn’t block them. To stop receiving their messages, block them.
